SIS implemented a full suite of web-enabled Oracle 11i Government Financials and HR/Payroll applications for the Washington County, OR.
During Phase I of the project, OGF was implemented in a web-based, three tier architecture in a HP-UX, Windows NT environment.
SIS is managing the overall effort and has coordinated the efforts of SIS’ staff and the key staff resources of the Washington County.
SIS provided a broad range of implementation services covering all aspects of strategic planning, system installation, training, customization, interface development, conversion |

planning and execution, and overall project management.
The specific Oracle modules implemented by SIS include: General Ledger (including chart of accounts, organizational/cost center establishment), Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Projects, Self-Service Purchasing, Inventory, and Fixed Assets which went live with a “rapid track“ project phase in July 2001
SIS has also completed the implementation of a full suite of Oracle Human Resources and Oracle Payroll applications. In Phase II of this effort, SIS implemented Oracle HR, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time Management and Oracle Self Service HR to address the comprehensive County-wide requirements for HR/payroll across the County.
The County’s new system supports multiple payrolls, union agreements and 3,000 employees as part of a “Fast Track” implementation completed on time and within budget in January 2002.
WISARD now provides the County with central administrative systems infrastructure that supports the growth of the County into the next century.
