Senior Applications Programmer – Oracle HRMS The Senior Applications Programmer will have technical responsibility for the implementation of the Oracle HRMS suite. The position requires at least two years of technical experience working with Oracle HRMS implementations including the ability to code Fast Formulas, intensive analysis of clients’ technical requirements and set-up needs, coding and testing of interfaces and conversions, analysis of technical issues and problem resolutions, documentation of all processes, and technical training to our clients’ technical staff. Experience must also include technical expertise with at least one Oracle HRMS module (such as Payroll, OAB, OTL, etc.) Educational requirements are a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical degree. Candidates must be available for 100% travel.
Business Analyst – Oracle HRMS/Advanced Benefits LeadThe Business Analyst will have functional implementation responsibility for the Oracle Advanced Benefits module within Oracle HRMS. The position requires at least two years of experience implementing the Oracle Advanced Benefits module, functional benefit requirements gathering, analysis of functional needs and subsequent set-up tasks and documentation, all phases of functional testing and related documentation, and end-user training. Educational requirements include a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related degree. Candidates must be available for 100% travel.
Business Analyst – Oracle HRMS/Payroll LeadThe Business analyst will have functional implementation responsibility for the Oracle Payroll module within Oracle HRMS. The position requires at least two years of experience implementing the Oracle Payroll module, functional payroll requirements gathering, analysis of payroll, system set-up tasks and documentation, report set-up, all phases of functional testing and related documentation, and end-user training. Educational requirements include a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Management Information Systems, or related degree. Candidates must be available for 100% travel. |
